For a number of years now I’ve been working with leaders to create a work environmentย based on these three core success factors for change….

Transparent communication doesn’t mean sharing sensitive information or sharing information thatย simply isn’t ready to be shared, it means carefully considering what information can and should be shared with staff at the right time, via the right communication channels and delivered in the right way.

Transparent communication isn’t one-way, it’s crucial to create space forย dialogue, allowing feedback such as questions, concerns and ideas to flow freely across the organisation. This enables staff to validate their assumptions about the change’s impact and feel empowered to be part of the change, rather than letting it happen to them.
