Change is changing…

For a number of years now articles, blogs, webinars etc. are all suggesting that the way we approach change in organisations needs to change.

But the big question is… how…

We need new thinking to address today’s challenges with change in the workplace…

And we need to start by banning terms like change resistance, change fatigue, change overwhelm…why?

Two reasons:

  • Firstly, they are not the actual problem, they are symptoms of the problem.
  • Secondly, because change is here to stay and disrupt our lives not every now and then, but daily…

I believe managing change is no longer a function, something you occasionally need to do when you initiate a company-wide changes…I believe managing change should be “part of the way we do things around here”…your company culture.
