For many of us this time of year is a reflective time, and this year was more reflective for me than most other years…
There’s a lot to consider, firstly and not the least the economic uncertainty and how this impacts people and companies, settling the aftermath of how Covid has changed our views and feelings towards work and how we work, the many competing priorities both personally and professionally, and a complete shift in leadership challenges which inadvertently impact many companies, but more importantly impacts individuals and their families if not handled well.
I’m starting the year with a clear view about how I can and will help leaders and people in general with the challenges of uncertainty, complexity and competing priorities to not let this unprecedented volatility and change get the better of us and still enable us all to thrive.
