The very first step to achieving change success in organisations is realising change is all about people.
And research tells us, human-beings are highly emotional creatures, which means we make decisions heavily influenced by our emotions.
Adding to this the fact that change in organisations is mostly done to people, we have to become smarter about how we approach the people-side of change in the workplace in order to achieve success (continuously and sustainably).
