Human-centred change?

by | Nov 11, 2022 | Uncategorized

We know so much more today than we’ve ever known before about what sets us up for successful change.

Neuroscience and simply a lot of experience and research into those experiences, has taught us so much about what to do to set us up for success.

But are we applying all that new knowledge to benefit our organisations and all the people in it?

In the below article, it states “???? ?????????? ???? ????????????? ???? ????? ???? ?????? ??????????, ????? ????? ?? ?????????? ??????? ???????.”

Followed by…
“????? ??????????? ???? ???? ?? ?????? ???????? ???? ??? ???????”

And even though we focus on learning, wanting to create a learning culture across many organisations these days…???? ???? ?? ???????? ??? ?? ???????? ????????? ???

As David Williams, CEO and Founder at Impact International, states in this article we’re trying to solve today’s problems with the same level of thinking that created them (Albert Einstein):
“?????????????, ???? ????????????? ????????? ??? ?????? ?? ??? ?????? ?? ????? ? ???????? ????????????, ?????? ???? ??? ?????????? ???????? ?? ????????. ???????, ??? ????????? ???? ?? ??? ???? ???? ???? ????????? ???? ???????????? ?????? ?? ?????????? ???? ????????? ???? ?? ????? ?? ??????? ???? ????? ??? ????????????? ??? ??????, ??? ????? ?????? ??.”

??? ?? ??? ??????? ??? ???????? ???? ???? ???????????? ?? ??? ???????? ?? ??? ?????? ????????
