Some of us go through life always being cautious about trusting others, we wait to see how people are in their interactions with us and others to assess if we can trust them.

Anecdotal experiences tell us that ???? ?? ???? ?????? ??? ????? ???? ??? ??????, ???? ????? ???? ???, ?????? ???? ???? ?? ??? ????? ?? ??? ????? ?? ???? ?? ?????? ????. It feels quite special when someone trusts us especially if we’ve not done anything to earn it yet.
As human-beings we don’t like to disappoint other human-beings. This is why if someone trusts us to do something, most likely we will do everything in our power to get it done.
There’s of course the risk that you come across the exception to the rule…but which one would you bet on if your life depended on it?

At work we lose a lot of energy, productivity and innovative power if we focus on IF we can trust each other or not and also working on ways we can make others trust us. The speed at which we now need to be able to adapt to change is faster than ever before and I don’t believe we can risk losing time earning each other’s trust, rather I believe human-beings are inherently good so let’s give them the opportunity right from the start to shine.
