The risk is not too much…

There’s no such thing as communicating too much when it comes to change…

As we roll out change in organisations, we do get feedback about overwhelm and too much information…

But this article supports the fact that not communicating enough is far riskier than communicating too much.

The overwhelm can be reduced by getting really good at simplifying your message and considering how much change is too much at any given time through prioritisation and sequencing of change initiatives with input on business impact and change risk.

Especially during times of change, transparent communication and the creation of an open and honest dialogue are essential to mobilise everyone behind the common goal of achieving change success.
